Official baby name rankings from around the world

🇪🇸 Most Popular Baby Names in Spain (2024)

Spain's ranking comes from the Instituto Nacional de Estadística, which publishes the most frequent names of newborns for each year. The INE writes names in capitals and without accents, so this list shows Lucia and Sofia where a Spanish birth certificate would say Lucía and Sofía. The registry act allows no more than two simple names or one compound name.
